Anti-Spam & Email Acceptable Use Policy

Applies to every domain operated by SoftAims Plus · Last updated July 2026

SoftAims Plus operates a number of internet domains for its own business email and web presence. This policy governs all outbound email that references, links to, or advertises any website or domain operated by SoftAims Plus, and applies to every SoftAims Plus employee, contractor, affiliate, reseller, and any third party sending email on its behalf.

Our commitment

We send commercial or business email only to recipients who have either explicitly opted in to receive communications from us, or who have an existing business relationship with SoftAims Plus. We do not send unsolicited bulk email (UBE) or unsolicited commercial email (UCE) — "spam" — and we do not advertise any SoftAims Plus website or domain through unsolicited messages.

Prohibited conduct

Strictly prohibited for anyone — including employees, affiliates, resellers, and third parties — sending email that mentions or links to a SoftAims Plus domain or website:

Consent and records

Our lawful basis for contacting a recipient is either opt-in consent or a documented prior business relationship, and we retain records of that basis.

Unsubscribe

Every commercial message we send carries a working one-click unsubscribe mechanism (RFC 8058 List-Unsubscribe / List-Unsubscribe-Post) and a visible opt-out link. Opt-out requests are honored immediately and permanently; suppressed addresses are never contacted again.

Authentication

All SoftAims Plus sending domains publish SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, and mail is sent only over authenticated infrastructure.

Reporting abuse

Report suspected spam or any violation of this policy to abuse@softaimsinnovationstack.info. We investigate every report, suppress the affected recipients, and act on the source.

Enforcement

Any violation of this policy by an employee, affiliate, reseller, or third party results in immediate suspension of sending and may result in termination of the relationship. We cooperate with anti-abuse organizations and mailbox providers.
